This exclusive event features a carefully crafted five-course menu by Executive Chef Dylan Casimiro, with each dish thoughtfully paired to enhance the rich and complex flavours of The Macallan’s renowned whiskies, including the rare and luxurious The Macallan Rare Cask.

 

Guests will enjoy a variety of culinary delights, including a AAA 63 Acres Beef Tenderloin served with pomme purée, grilled turnips, and forestière sauce, perfectly complemented by The Macallan Double Cask 18.
