Seven Terraces Wine Dinner

Join us at Callisto for an intimate four-course dining experience featuring the wines of Seven Terraces.

Inspired by two of New Zealand’s celebrated wine regions, the evening will showcase the vibrant character of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc alongside the elegance and finesse of Canterbury Pinot Noir. Seven Terraces is known for wines that highlight New Zealand’s distinctive regional character—from the lively tropical and mineral notes associated with Marlborough to the refined red fruit and subtle spice of Canterbury Pinot Noir.

Chef Jason Winton will present a thoughtfully crafted four-course menu designed to complement each featured wine, while Sommelier Bipin Bhatt guides guests through the pairings and the story behind each selection.
