Callisto Casual Dining is set among the clouds in the scenic Westin Bear Mountain Resort & Spa  overlooking the lush landscape of Vancouver Island with views as far as Mt. Baker. The stunning open dining room has an elegant, contemporary atmosphere and makes an ideal backdrop to celebrate and enjoy premium Pacific Northwest ingredients and warm hospitality. Our chef’s relationships with local farmers create elevated bistro-style fare at breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner. Enjoy our take on popular share plates, salads, soups and antipasto platters before tucking into a hearty selection of pastas, mouthwatering sides and premium proteins from land and sea. Thoughtful wine selections from across the province and across the globe team up with both classic and contemporary cocktail offerings to complete the dining experience. Callisto’s daily dinner feature teams up a different wallet-friendly, crowd-pleasing food and beverage pairing seven days a week. Think sizzling fajitas with a margarita, house-battered halibut and Kennebec fries with a frosty pint, and Greek kebabs and salad with a zesty glass of white - just to name a few.

 

Arrive early and enjoy SERIP Bar’s signature cocktails, casual bites and popular bartenders, whose experience, creativity and intuitive service might just turn you into a regular.  SERIP's daily Happy Hour runs from 2pm to 5pm with a rotating $7 feature wine, beer and cocktail selection.
